About the position

As a member of the commercial organization, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play an important role in being responsible for the day to day relationship with our customers and prospects, making sure they are satisfied and that we respond to their expectations.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

  • Managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Working with the Commercial Director and marketing to follow up on sales campaigns and leads.
  • Proactively monitoring the commercial aspects of projects in cooperation with our delivery team to make sure we meet deadlines, budget, and quality targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks to delivery, and working with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Identifying new business prospects, engaging customers, and contributing to growth.
  • Facilitating communication between customers, teams and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Identifying potential project issues, assessing risks, and informing your manager and the delivery team, so we can make informed decisions.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to provide insights and foster innovation.
What we are looking for

The Engagement Manager is an outgoing key role in our Commercial team that loves servicing our customers and communicating to internal stakeholders. Accountability is in your DNA and you are used to working with a high energy level, joggling many different tasks at once and with an eye for detail.

Here are some key criteria we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting, sales, customer service and project management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attention to details while at the same time being able to prioritise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Structured and and goal-oriented
  • Experience in working as part of a virtual team and a team worker
  • Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Project management certification desired (e.g., CSM, APM)
  • Experience from the SaaS software business is a plus
