Project Manager

With our offices in Copenhagen, London, Madrid, and Odense we are a team of approximately 50 employees.

As part of the commercial organization, reporting to the Director of Consulting & Delivery, you'll be instrumental in driving Encodify's implementation projects to ensure customer satisfaction and fuel future growth. You'll also play a key role in leading internal transformation projects to optimize our processes and resource utilization.

• Collaborate with the Commercial team (Engagement Managers) and Business Consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for customer-facing projects
• Develop detailed Statements of Work, leveraging resources within Consulting & Delivery
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate virtual project teams, comprising Configuration Consultants and Business Consultants
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success
• Work closely with the Director of Consulting & Delivery to forecast resource needs and highlight potential delivery blockers
• Manage client expectations through clear communication and transparency
• Gather and address client feedback to guarantee their satisfaction and project success
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of project management methodologies and processes
• Lead and manage select internal transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and process improvements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of resource planning strategies, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across projects and initiatives

The Project Manager is a pivotal role within our Consulting & Delivery team, serving as a central point of contact to drive professional project delivery in close alignment with the commercial team and product development.

Key criteria for the ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of successful project management in a software or technology environment, preferably SaaS B2B
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in leading internal transformation projects or process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with resource planning tools and techniques
• Ability to analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization
