About the position

As a member of the product organisation, reporting directly to the Chief Technology and Product Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving Encodify's strategic transformation plan to achieve future growth and success.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our prospects and customers and what accelerator should be developed to service functionality gaps in the market aligned to our go-to-market strategy, in close alignment with the commercial organisation
  • Perform discovery and validate the feasibility of accelerators before engaging in the development
  • Write, refine, and prioritise epics and user stories for the accelerators
  • Work with product ownership to define additional platform requirements
  • Work with consulting & delivery to build PoC and final configuration for selected user stories (or extract from existing solution where applicable)
  • Prioritise and schedule capabilities for configuration in alignment with the overall company strategy
  • Drive, track, and monitor the configuration and maintenance of accelerators
  • Support the configuration team and other stakeholders in resolving process/domain doubts, implementation blockers, etc.
  • Test and validate newly built capabilities providing feedback and guidance to the configuration  team
  • Communicate vision and goals to the team
  • Partake in bringing new capabilities to market including the production of release kits (standard SoWs, marketing materials, demos, etc.)
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers on accelerator post delivery
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve the accelerator, while staying updated with industry trends and advancements for the selected go-to-market motions
What we are looking for

The Program Manager for Accelerators is a key position responsible for driving the transformation of our solution delivery to new standards, positioning us in the market for world class process automations, and hence an important part of our future success.


Here are some key criteria we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Master’s degree in “getting shit done”
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attention to details while at the same time being able to prioritise
  • In depth experience from the SaaS software business and how to package standard products towards SaaS customers
  • Effective management of indirect team members
  • Well adverse in solution architectures, and the IT landscape of enterprises
  • Proficiency in agile software methodologies
  • Proficiency in authoring jobs-to-be done and use cases/user stories
  • Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of creating go-to-market strategies and their execution
  • Good working knowledge of task management platforms like Jira is a plus
